Invoicing & Payment:

 ​

• Invoices for your upcoming month of lessons will be sent out around the 25th day of each month. Payments can be made via Zelle or a check.

​

• Invoices MUST BE PAID BY THE 1ST OF THE UPCOMING MONTH.​​ Example: For scheduling June Lessons, your due date is June 1st.

​

• If payment isn’t received by the 1st, the balance will incur a
  ONE-TIME LATE FEE OF $25.

​

• Once your invoice is paid, your upcoming lesson dates will be sent. You can view your schedule on Google Calendar after accepting the invite.​​​

​

• Once your payment is received, you will be sent a receipt so we both have records of payment.

​

• A one-time fee of $75 will be charged for each recital, which is optional if you choose not to participate.​​​​

Attendance: 

• Please arrive at your scheduled lesson on time with all the class materials. (Books, pencil..) PLEASE BRING YOUR MATERIALS!​

​

• If you need to reschedule your lesson, please let me know as soon as possible.​​

​

• If you notify me LESS THAN 24 HOURS before your scheduled lesson time, the lesson will be considered canceled and will not be eligible for a make-up or refund.​

​

• Make-up lessons MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN THE SAME MONTH. They cannot be carried over to the next month.

​

• I will also adhere to these rescheduling and cancellation standards, giving notice as early as possible. I will coordinate with you promptly to find a time that works best for you.
